History
Jessheim Shopping Center is owned
by a local owner Harald Kværner
Eiendom Ltd. and Jessheim Storsenter
Ltd (Olav Thon Group). In addition to
the center, they own empty sites and
several center courts with shops and
office leases.
The shopping opportunities in Jessheim
center has developed in step with
the growth in population. The
extension of the center in 2003,
increased the number of stores from
54 to 82.
The next expansion was completed in
2008 and opened the doors to
another 40 shops in addition to a level
of offices and parking spaces. The
latest expansion (Skovly) was completed in 2017 and included several new stores and penthouses.

Market
The primary market contains 105 500
inhabitants. Jessheim is the largest
and fastest-growing town in Akershus
County.
The secondary market reaches another
several municipals and contains 250 000
