Jessheim Storsenter

History

Jessheim Shopping Center is owned
by a local owner Harald Kværner
Eiendom Ltd. and Jessheim Storsenter
Ltd (Olav Thon Group). In addition to
the center, they own empty sites and
several center courts with shops and
office leases.

The shopping opportunities in Jessheim
center has developed in step with
the growth in population. The
extension of the center in 2003,
increased the number of stores from
54 to 82.

The next expansion was completed in
2008 and opened the doors to
another 40 shops in addition to a level
of offices and parking spaces. The
latest expansion (Skovly) was completed in 2017 and included several new stores and penthouses.

Centrally located

• Oslo Airport (OSL) is located just 10
  km north-west of Jessheim, and is
  an "engine" for the area in terms of
  population growth and business

• The mall is located in the middle of
  the center of Jessheim in the
  municipality of Ullensaker, 40 km
  north of Oslo. With 40,000
  inhabitants, Ullensaker is the
  country's fastest-growing
  municipality.
  
  
• With its 22,000
  inhabitants, Jessheim is Akershus's
  largest city and regional center of
  «Øvre Romrike».
  
  
• The train station is 100 meters from
  the entrance and runs every half
  hour to and from Oslo S.
